We have more than 80 volunteers helping throughout the year. Some work in the gift shop, some selling tickets, some in the lifesaving stations, some work on projects, and others at special events. Join us to help make the Marblehead Lighthouse State Park a favorite for all of our visitors.

Volunteer
Volunteers and members are essential to the smooth operations of the Marblehead Lighthouse Historical Society and Museum. We are always looking for more people who are interested in helping preserve and share the history of the Marblehead Lighthouse and the Marblehead Peninsula. Think about becoming a part of our organization.
A VIP corps of volunteers assists Park personnel with tower tours. Our Society members serve as volunteers in the Museum and Lifesaving Station and sell tickets for tower tours.
More help will be needed as the work of the society expands. In addition to working directly with the public, there are many behind-the-scenes tasks that also need volunteers. Let us know your talents and interests and we will try to match you with an area where we need volunteers.
If you wish to serve as a volunteer, email us at marbleheadlighthoushs@gmail.com for more information.
